We got married in October 2017 and we already knew we wanted to realize this incredible journey, we wanted to live this experience as a real life style, we wanted to try and realize this ambitious dream: cycling around the world!
We got married in October 2017 and immediately we strongly desired to enjoy our honeymoon in Italy. We wanted to discover all its beauty, because although we were born and grew up there, there were still many destinations unknown to us. And surely it would be a worthy way to say “goodbye” to Italy.
We got married in October 2017 and in the middle of autumn we started our honeymoon with a van to discover the Center and the South of Italy. 20 days – 3,300 km – 10 Regions.
The reality has far exceeded our expectations, and we can say it well: it was the most incredible journey of our life!

In our adventure, we often thought back home, to Italy. We got excited and we were touched by little things: a package of biscuits made in Italy, a film on tv with an Italian actor (the most watched: “Il bisbetico domato” with Celentano, in Russia), a foreign boy who sings “Oh sole mio” (it happened just yesterday, in the center of Ha Noi), a parfum that remember us the ragout cooked by Grandma, the fog that reminds us of our Po Valley, etc …
And here today, the first day of the year, our words and our best wishes go to Italy and to all Italians.
And if you allow us, we would like to share some of our thoughts and good intentions:
* Live it, love it, honor our dear Italy. At the moment we have not yet found a better place like it, in this world!
* Love you, be compassionate and united, dear Italians. As we have always thought: people make the difference. And if Italy is beautiful, it’s also beautiful for Italians.
* We certainly have a lot to improve. But the values of which our culture is characterized are innate. Try to be a spokesperson and be the living example of this heritage. Send it on to the little ones: one day they will be Grandparents and they can teach it to their grandchildren.
* Have respect and care for your territory. And travel it, discover it in every little corner, wonder of it. Before enjoy a trip abroad, think about it: have you wandered far and wide for our beautiful Italy? It will surprise you!

We wish you (and also to us) that it will be a 2019 under the banner of the rediscovery of our country, of authenticity and beauty.
Let’s train ourselves to observe, feel and discover the beauty that is around us, in everyday life, in the simplest things. We have to appreciate what we received. Roll up our sleeves and act, instead of complaining and arguing.
And we wish you to travel! Whether for a few steps or hundreds of kilometers, whether it is to discover a place long desired or to return where we liked so much; whether it is to meet someone who we miss or to make new friends, or simply to meet ourselves!
