Our cycling trip reached a higher level!We admit that riding with 39/40 degrees can be challenging.
And it’s even more when you go along dirt roads, full of furrows and sometimes sandy.

Luckily we can found water everywhere, and also the moral support of the people we meet on our path: greetings and big smiles are our best fuel! And there are also those who give us bananas, as a gift! We’re joyful and grateful for this 😊🙏💙

We ride slowly, without ever leaving the handlebars, paying attention to the mounds of sand that are always lurking, and that could make us lose balance.
We ride slowly, with the sweat that burns in the eyes, and the sunscreen that melts on the skin, turning us into melts ice cream.
We ride slowly, taking advantage to look around and marvel at the beautiful Nature in this part of the Earth.
We ride slowly, singing and laughing, sometimes grumbling, and dreaming of italian food. The dear and good italian food.

With this heat we feel like baguette in the oven: a very hot, ventilated and slightly humid oven.
Cherry tomatoes, garlic and aromatic herbs are not lacking here.
Can someone send us a good italian extravirgin olive oil so we made some bruschetta?! Thanks a lot✌️😅😂
